KBF Back Office

An internal tool of KBF Interpack (plastic packaging manufacturer, Thailand)

KBF Back Office is the internal automation tool KBF Interpack uses to run its own back-office work. It is not a public product. Only KBF Interpack's own Google account signs in to it.

What it does

• Reads and updates the company's own production records in Google Sheets (daily output, defects, stock, delivery schedules).
• Creates and organises the company's own reports and documents in Google Drive and Google Docs.
• Reads and adds entries in the company's own Google Calendar (production and follow-up reminders).
• Sends production alerts and summaries to the company's internal staff chat groups.

Why it uses Google sign-in

The tool needs permission to work with KBF Interpack's own Sheets, Drive, Docs and Calendar. Google sign-in lets the company owner grant that permission securely, and revoke it at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
