Privacy Policy — KBF Back Office

KBF Back Office ("the app") is an internal tool operated by KBF Interpack ("we") for our own business. It is not offered to the public. The only Google account that signs in is KBF Interpack's own account.

1. What Google data the app accesses

With the account owner's permission, the app accesses:

• Google Sheets — to read and update our production, stock and delivery records.
• Google Drive — to find, create, copy and organise our own files (for example report files and backups).
• Google Docs — to create and update our own internal documents and reports.
• Google Calendar — to read and add our own production and follow-up reminders.

The app does not access Gmail, Contacts, or any other Google product.

2. How we use the data

The data is used only to run KBF Interpack's own operations: keeping production records accurate, producing internal reports, and sending internal alerts to our staff. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of any person.

3. Who the data is shared with

• KBF Interpack staff, through our internal reports and chat groups, as needed for their work.
• AI service providers that process data on our behalf to perform the tasks above (for example reading a spreadsheet to write a summary). They act as processors for us and do not receive the data for their own purposes.

We do not share Google user data with anyone else, except where required by law.

4. How the data is stored and protected

Our records stay in our own Google account. The app keeps its sign-in credential and short-lived working copies on a company-controlled computer and company-controlled cloud services, protected by access controls. Working copies are deleted or overwritten when no longer needed.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

KBF Back Office's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your control

The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time at Google Account → Security → Third-party access. After that the app can no longer read or change any Google data.
